– All this by pointing out that it was not his intention to hurt her and that it is a tradition in China to respect the hierarchy and that he believes that he acted correctly because it is allowed in China – it is stated in the statement of the prosecution.
After the hearing, the acting deputy suggested to the court that the suspect be ordered into custody due to the risk of escape, as well as public disturbance, and considering the manner of the crime he is charged with, as well as the prescribed sanction.
